We are located at 725 W. Wrightwood Ave. in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL.
Harmony opened in September of 2020, hosting learning pods for elementary & middle school students. One part school, one part home, makes for a cozy and beautiful learning environment.
We now offer services for children of all ages, including after school programs for K-5 graders, summer camps and parent/toddler play sessions.
I'm Ginny Conforti, director and owner of Harmony. I'm mother to 4 children ages 2-18 years. I've lived in Lincoln Park for the last decade. With the pandemic closure of in-person school, I struggled to meet the needs of my elementary and middle school daughters, while also caring for my toddler. Our home wasn't feeling very harmonious. I knew other children and parents were struggling too! I felt called to use my talents to help the community, myself and my family! I came up with the idea of a Montessori inspired learning center to offer care, comfort and a sense of community, a calm and caring respite, supporting students in navigating remote school. How could I make an uncertain time more certain? By creating a place with the structure and order of school & the comforts and beauty of home. And this is how HARMONY was born! Over the last year, I have carefully curated the space to meet the ever-changing needs of children and families. I can't wait to welcome you into the Harmony family!
I am a licensed K-9 and E1 Montessori certified educator with 20 years teaching experience in charter, public, international, IB and Montessori schools. I also hold a graduate level Elementary Reading Endorsement. Many families in the community know me as "Ms. Ginny" from my years teaching Lower Elementary 1 (ages 6-9) at Oscar Mayer Elementary prior to opening Harmony.
Our energetic, talented and kind staff! More information about our team coming soon!
Ms. Ginny and the entire staff do an outstanding job in such personalized care for each student.

Our Commitment to Health & Safety
We continue to monitor and adhere to all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and U.S. government
All staff must wear a mask or a cloth face covering while working in the center, except when eating or drinking. The mask or face covering should fit snugly against the sides of the face.
Children over the age of 2 should wear a mask or cloth face covering if they can put it on and take it off independently, it does not pose a distraction (i.e., playing with it constantly), and they do not touch their face repeatedly.

In a situation where a child or staff member receives a COVID-19 diagnosis, the Center Director will assess the situation and provide guidance in accordance with CDC guidelines.
