Join us for an integrated yoga practice where you will create a deeper connection with your child, strengthen the mind-body connection and connect with other parents to build community. Yoga Bonding is a 60-minute sequence that combines breathwork, yoga postures, and baby massage. Several options will be given for each pose, making this class both challenging and accessible to all levels.
*Please bring a mat and props if you have any of them available: yoga blocks, straps, pillows, towel (all optional)
